Having its headquarters in West Fargo, North Dakota, the US based corporation sells farm and construction equipment. In 2017, European HQ moved from Belgium to the Czech Republic, where Bobcat includes a European manufacturing facility in Dobris. The company concentrates its business on manufacturing compact equipment which includes tractors, excavators and hydraulic equipment as well as skid-steer loaders and utility vehicles. In 2018, the business had improved its Doosan brand market share such that it split the Bobcat and Doosan brands, with Doosan going on to become one of North America’s top 5 heavy equipment producers. Bobcat compact equipment, Geith attachments and Doosan portable power equipment have all continued to be under Doosan Bobcat North America. Sister companies in the Doosan family consist of Bobcat Company and Doosan Infracore North America LLC. Sister companies search for strategies to support each other’s development and strength and share recommendations with each other. Operating all over North America, Doosan boasts 153 distributors. Additionally, at least 30 of these dealerships are Bobcat vendors. Whereas Bobcat has approximately 500 dealers of its own in cities all over North America. With the global change towards just-in-time management methods, Hyster has been required to keep up with the trends through investment in new and diverse technologies. Acquisitions and investments were made in the US, Italy, Netherlands, and various other places throughout the world. All of these investments have made Hyster a world leader in the forklift market. Recently, Hyster celebrated its eightieth anniversary as an industry leader of materials handling equipment, which consists of over three hundred assorted types of lift trucks. The Hyundai Construction Equipment Dealers offer local filter kits to keep daily operations running smoothly. There are a variety of interval options including a 250 hour, 500 hour, 1000 hour and even a 2000 hour. Of course, the filter kits do not replace regular and routine maintenance, however, they can be used at any interval. The kit is composed of the proper fluid filters to service and maintain your unit. Engine Air Filters are also available to job site applications. The remote management GPS technology known as Hi MATE allows clients to monitor, trace and track their equipment at any time. This is an ideal option for all large to midsize excavators and wheel loaders for ensuring essential service and diagnostics are completed on time. This technology offers precise information regarding the operating history of the equipment, along with a digital map showcasing the location of the machine, a daily report detailing engine hours, fuel remaining, an hour meter, and time of key on and key off. There is a virtual geo-fence that can be programmed by users to stop the machine from leaving a certain geographic location. Once the Geo-Fencing program is initiated, a red circle is visible surrounding the machine icon found the map. If the machine travels outside of that boundary, an alarm is sounded and the information is sent to Hi MATE to notify the operator of where and when this machine left its’ boundary. The Skyjack trade name became a leader in the industry for aerial lift machinery by combining features such as serviceability, durability and quality, making their scissor platform lifts recognized all around the globe for product efficiency and reliability. Skyjack produces a lot of various self propelled aerial lifts for its international customer base. Their elevated work heights reach about 56 feet. The company`s present Boom hoist model series has telescopic booms starting from 45 feet to 71 feet. Skyjack has plans to further develop their boom lift product line. The business remains a leading player in the industry adjusting rapidly to the continuously evolving needs of all their clients. Toyota’s lift trucks offer improved efficiency, visibility, ergonomics and resilience, and most significantly, the industry’s leading safety technology. The company’s System of Active Stability, also referred to as “SAS”, helps reduce the possibility of incidents and injuries, in addition to increasing productivity levels while minimizing the potential for merchandise and equipment damage. System Active Stability can sense conditions that could lead to lateral instability and potential lateral overturn. When one of these conditions have been detected, the SAS will immediately engage the Swing Lock Cylinder to re-stabilize the rear axle. This adjusts the lift truck’s stability trajectory from triangular in shape to rectangular, providing a major increase in stability which substantially reduces the likelihood of a mishap from a lateral overturn. The Active Mast Function Controller or the Active Control Rear Stabilizer also helps to avoid injuries or accidents while adding stability. The SAS systems were initially utilized on the 7-Series internal combustion lift trucks which were put on the market in 1999. These systems helped drive Toyota into the lead for industry safety standards. Now, SAS is used on practically every new internal combustion models and is standard equipment for the new 8-Series. There are more than 100,000 SAS-equipped lift trucks in operation, exceeding 450 million hours combined. The increased population of SAS-equipped trucks in the field, along with obligatory worker instruction, overturn fatalities across all models have decreased by 13.6% since 1999. Additionally, there has been an overall 35.5% decrease in industry wide collisions, loss of control, falls and overturn from a lift truck for the same period.
